The old Victorian farm buildings were converted between 2000 and 2007 into office suites ranging from 250 sq ft to 600 sq ft. Many units can be linked together for larger companies.
The Great Barn
The former milking parlour and first part of the Business Centre to be opened consists of approximately 3,600 sq ft of office space split into six roughly equal sections. Visible on the approach it provides an impressive frontage and much care was taken in the conversion to provide the best working environment while retaining the original character features such as the vaulted ceiling and exposed brickwork.
Red Poll Barn
The cowshed (Red Poll is the breed of cattle that we’re kept here) restoration has been completed sympathetically and renovated to a high standard. The careful landscaping means that from the offices you are look out over the grounds and fields. An imposing glazed full height main entrance with offices on either side then leads to the 1st floor.
Previously a stable block this offers a variety of smaller offices, most include their own kitchen facilities but also communal kitchen toilet and shower. These are ideal for smaller businesses or offices for startup companies which require a productive working environment and an impressive facility to promote their business to their clients.
