Wootton Park Terms & Conditions

By making a payment to or booking with Wootton Park you are complying with the following terms and conditions

Use of the Wootton Park

All persons coming to Wootton Park shall:
1) Comply with all licensing, health and safety and other regulations;
2) Not act in an improper or disorderly manner, leave promptly at the appropriate time and comply with any reasonable requests made by Wootton Park owners or employees.

Payment Terms
In the event of a cancellation we may have difficulty acquiring
another booking so all payments are non refundable.

	Initial deposit of £500 is required to confirm the booking & reserve the date requested.



Second deposit of £1,000 is required 6 months prior to the date of the event. If the booking is within 6 months of the date of the event then both deposits will be payable. If the balance is less than £1,500 then the full balance will be payable 6 months prior to the event or at the time of booking.

	The final balance must be paid no later than one month before the date of the event.

Prices agreed at the time of booking will be used to calculate the final balance due. Any change in advertised price will not be taken into account.

Accommodation Booking

Credit card details are required to secure the booking but no payment will be taken until arrival. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice we will charge the full fee to the credit card which the booking was made with.

Booking

No reservation may be secured until the booking form has been signed and returned and the deposit paid.
The number of guests and therefore package price is flexible until the final balance is paid. After which no refund will be given for any reduction in numbers of guests. Extra guests will be charged at the agreed rate. A revised invoice and contract will be issued at this time.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days of date invoice, failing which a fee will be charged daily at £5 per day.

Any function for which advance payment is overdue by more than 7 days may be cancelled without further notice.

Food and Drink in the venue

Visitors must not consume any food or drink not supplied by Wootton Park or its authorised caterers without prior written consent. Prices are based on certain numbers of guests and may vary with different numbers of guests. As food prices vary we reserve the right to change a quoted catering price by up to 5% if your booking is more than 12 months in advance of your event.

Licensing Policy

Please be aware that last orders at the bar will be 12.30 am (unless agreed in writing beforehand) and the venue will close at 1 am prompt. Any disruptive behaviour will result in the person responsible being barred from the premises until further notice. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and will ask for ID if you are lucky enough to look under age 25. Please make your guests aware if this as it must be strictly adhered to.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Bedrooms, camping pitches and pods are normally available from 4 pm the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

Food and Drink

Please do not eat in the rooms, e.g. takeaways, we ask that you use the dining room. Plates and cutlery are available on request free of charge.

No Smoking

It is against the law to smoke in our venue, all rooms and communal areas. We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy and a £100 charge will be levied to any guest found smoking inside.

Damages

Any items damaged or removed from the rooms will be chargeable. We would be very grateful if you could bring to our attention any items which you find to be broken or not functioning correctly. In particular remote controls must not be removed from the venue or any bedrooms.

Valuables

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle, Wootton Park cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
